We decided on Sophie for our Spring wedding and are so glad we picked her! We received 6 photos the day after the wedding with many more to come and the photos are just perfect, exactly what we hoped for. Sophie is very creative and talented but also really lovely to have around! We had a laugh throughout the whole process which really added to the overall joy of the day❤️ We’d 100% recommend Sophie!

We honestly don’t know where to start with this review. Five stars simply doesn’t feel enough. When we booked our wedding, and began searching for our suppliers, we found Sophie’s Instagram page (@sophieatkinsphoto)… We knew immediately that from her posts, she was who we wanted to document our special day and thankfully she wasn’t booked for our wedding date! From start to finish, Sophie has been incredible. Her personality shone through just via her messages in the lead up to the big day, and we were both beaming from ear to ear when we came off our pre-wedding call as it just confirmed everything we already knew. On the day of the wedding, Sophie was my saving grace. If I was feeling a bit overwhelmed or just needed a minute it was like she already knew and would suddenly whisk me away for some solo shots, or both of us for couple shots. She was so patient with our huge list of portrait requests, and the final images are just so much more than we ever could have dreamt of receiving to treasure our special day forever. All of our guests, both on the day to us and after when we’ve shared the photos, were shocked as they genuinely thought Sophie must have been a friend of the family since she was just so warm and bubbly, and literally slotted straight in! If you are looking for a wedding photographer who feels like a friend you’ve had for years, can step in and be an honorary bridesmaid, and makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble (because she just wants you to have the best day ever and have the photos to reminisce,) Sophie is your girl! Sophie is so much more than a photographer. She was made for this job and our photos are more amazing than we could have ever imagined. The only thing that has been hard about choosing Sophie, is narrowing it down to 40 images for our lay-flat storybook which was included in our package! I don't think I can even put into words how much it meant for us to have Sophie as a part of our day. From the moment we viewed Sophie's website and style we knew she was for us! Sophie made us feel right at home even from just the email correspondence to our zoom meeting to capturing the day we will never forget. I cry every time I look through the photos she took because it helps me relive it all over again. Sophie was so relaxed on the day - which very much helped when trying to get the whole family together for pictures (note don't do this while there are canapés(!)). She kept us laughing all day, especially when we knew how awkward we would feel during the more "formalised" photos but these came out perfectly. We will always laugh at how Will kept the same face through the confetti shot - definitely listening to your instructions. We hired Sophie for our whole day - would absolutely recommend if you want someone who you can totally rely on, be there as your absolute hype woman, keep you smiling, laughing, on track and keep your family under control. Where to begin?! From the first moment we met Sophie online we knew we wanted her as our wedding photographer! Her style of photography was just what we were looking for - in the moment, capturing the joy and all the emotions of the day. We hired Sophie for the whole day, evening and also the photobooth. Communication was smooth all the way through and she went above and beyond (or may we say "to infinity and beyond"). Sophie wasn't just a photographer, she was like a guest with epic cameras by her side. She helped me do up my dress and tied my shoes and took specific photos of what we requested. And of course, the photos themselves turned out absolutely beautiful, way better than we expected! If you're looking for a photographer who you want to follow around and have whilst having the photos taken, then Sophie is the one for you! Our only regret about the photos is that we didn't have a photo taken with Sophie! Honestly, if you choose Sophie you will not be disappointed! Thank you Sophie for capturing our special day. Absolutely amazing photographer! We had a pre wedding shoot because we're both awkward as hell but we knew from the beginning Sophie would be amazing after working her magic! Words can’t describe how good Sophie is at her job! she photographed our pre wedding/engagement shoot, our wedding and our newborn photoshoot. Sophie’s photos are of the highest quality and so natural. She’s one of the funniest people and our shoots are nothing but laughs and really puts you at ease behind a camera!

Sophie photographed our wedding in May and she was amazing. She made us feel at ease had us laughing and completely forgetting the camera was there.
