Excellent service. As a sole trader I contacted Oak MSP as other companies seemed to be focused on larger businesses. Their service was spot on. Problem solved on 30 minutes compared to me Googling for 6 months :) Will definitely use again.

We are a family business and Alan helped set up our OneDrive/Microsoft accounts so that we could best utilise excel as a business. Alan was friendly and helpful, and flexible when we had Wi-Fi issues! We are incredibly grateful for the work Alan has done for us.
