I’m a photographer and have done weddings myself, so when it came to finding someone to do my own, I was really picky. We knew what we were looking for - someone who could capture the emotion candidly but with consistent sharpness and colour! We also didn’t want someone who over edited the images - wd wanted something classic and timeless that captured what was there. I looked forever and I was so delighted when I stumbled across James! He was everything we were looking for. Not only that, he was just so easy to work with and very responsive. On the day, he got all the images we asked for and everyone said they had barely noticed he was there. And we were so delighted when the pictures came back - they are lovely and we loved reliving our day. Even the venue liked him enough that he became one of their recommended suppliers! If you're looking for a kind, funny, very professional Photographer, then James is your guy! From the moment we enquired all the way to the very end, James was superb. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to share our special day with us and we truly mean it. I’ve been to weddings where the Photographer said they’re going to ‘blend’ in with the crowd, only to find they’re in your face. James advised the same and he stuck to his words! A lot of our guests were commenting throughout the day on how well they thought James was doing and told us we chose well. We definitely did! We could have a laugh with James and felt very comfortable around him to, which is very important. Our photos… Wow! Just wow! There were a couple of people in the background that we didn’t want in and James did an impeccable job at removing, and touching up on photos we spoke about. You can truly pick up on the emotions and atmosphere in the photos which we absolutely love. Anyone who we show our photo’s to, have all commented on how amazing they are and the work that was put into them. James captured all the best parts and definitely knows what he’s doing. 100% we would recommend James, and you will not be disappointed one bit. We honestly couldn't be happier with our wedding photos! From the moment we received our gallery, we were completely blown away. Every single image is so beautifully captured, and it was so special to relive our day through all the little moments and different perspectives that we hadn't even noticed at the time. Not only are the photos incredible, but the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. On the day, you made us both feel so comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease in front of the camera. James was our photographer for our June ‘23 wedding and was absolutely incredible.
